BBA Pumps

This family company has been active as a producer of mobile pump installations and piping for over 60 years. These products find their way to rental- and well-pointing market, the ground-, road- and water construction as well as offshore. Over 200 people work for BBA. The company has multiple offices: production takes place in the Czech Republic, welding in Twello, assemby in Apeldoorn and sales take place in Doetinchem. Abroad BBA has offices in the Czech Republic, Belgium, Poland and the US.

Best in mobile pump installations
BBA strives to be the best builder of mobile pump installations in the world. Thanks to this focus on quality, BBA enjoys a remarkable reputation in the industry. 2,200 to 2,500 pump installations are sold yearly. This varies from the smallest model with a capacity of 10 m3/hour to large systems with a capacity of up to 7,800 m3/hour (about 800,000 buckets of water per hour). Moreover, BBA Pumps is always focused on keeping the environment clean. The pumps are powered by clean, state-of-the-art engines, have a high pump efficiency - resulting in extremely low energy consumption - and a minimal CO2 footprint.

BBA pumps on all continents

Director Johan Bruin points out that the company has been active in export since 1996.  But this did require a name change. “Bruin Buizen Apeldoorn does not come across well abroad, that’s why the name was changed to BBA Pumps,” Johan explains with a smile. Since then, the export has grown enormously; nowadays, most of the pumps and piping systems end up abroad. BBA Pumps expects the company to continue its healthy and steady growth in the coming years.
