BBA Pumps

This family company has been active as a producer of mobile pump installations and piping for over 60 years. These products find their way to rental- and well-pointing market, the ground-, road- and water construction as well as offshore. Over 200 people work for BBA. The company has multiple offices: production takes place in Czech, welding in Twello, assembling in Apeldoorn and sales take place in Doetinchem. Abroad BBA has offices in Czech Republic, Belgium, Poland and the US

Best in mobile pump installations
BBA strives to be the best builder of mobile pump installations in the world. Thanks to this focus on quality, BBA enjoys a remarkable reputation in the industry. 2.200 to 2.500 pump installations are sold yearly. This varies from small standard pumps with a capacity of 1.200 buckets per hour to giant tailor-made systems with a capacity of 780.000 buckets per hour. Besides their focus on quality BBA also focusses on sustainability. BBA’s pumps feature a very low energy usage which translates to low operational costs.

Different name abroad
Director Johan Bruin points out that the company has been active in export since 1996. This did need a name change. “Bruin Buizen Apeldoorn” does not communicate well abroad, that’s why the name was changed to BBA”, tells Johan with a smile. Export has grown remarkably, most revenue (75%) is made abroad.
Besides the foreign offices BBA has dealerships with 15 partners in the rest of the world. A lot is shipped to rental companies for mobile pumps. They put the BBA pumps all over the world on remarkable locations.

23 Big BBA pumps pump away rain water during the expansion activities of the Panama Canal and BBA pumps helped level the Maaswaal Canal in 2017 when the weir was damaged.
BBA expect a healthy and stable growth of the company in the near future, especially after the opening of new offices in Belgium and the US.

Export countries: all countries in Western and Northern Europe, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, South Africa, Angola.
